They are knowledgeable, great and fair. There was a water leak in my 5th Wheel RV wet bay. I tried diagnosing it myself ... looked like the water pump was messed up and leaking and maybe a connector. We were short on time (leaving in 4 days and they are not open on the weekends). Called in Thursday morning because I saw their van in the park. They squeezed me in. Was more than fair with the pricing (Very reasonable with time, parts and fees). The guys were great and knowledgeable. Easy to pay. The whole experience was what RV service should be. IF I could give 10 stars I would. Highly Recommend them.

We were passing thru the Tyler area (Bullard, TX) staying at Buchman’s RV Resort for the night. When I put down the hydraulic jacks I noticed only 4 of 6 went down then heard the pump continuing to run. Checked the hydraulic reservoir and it was almost empty. Call Shipley’s and spoke with James who was very professional and wanted to help us get back on the road. Shipley’s sent out 2 technicians Brian & James (not the same James that answered the phone) that arrived at 8am the next morning. Diagnosed that a hydraulic line had been punctured. Removed it ran to a hydraulic shop and had another made. We were back on the road for noon that day. These guys were top notch, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. If you’re looking for top quality rv repair work please give them a call. I highly recommend them!

After arriving at Tyler State Park, we noticed the RV’s fridge was still working but it had shifted out of place during travel and we couldn’t get it back into the cabinet. Shipley’s scheduled a service call for a few days later but their technicians were able to fit us in the next day and they expertly moved the fridge back into place and re-secured the plate that holds the fridge in place. Timely response. Knowledgeable technicians. Reasonably priced.

It was truly a blessing to find a trustworthy mobile RV servicer. My first encounter was with James, who was professional and apt to get me scheduled and cared for. Brian, the “Make It Happen” gentleman was very highly competent, effective and efficient in repairing our RV in no time. He literally saved our axle, saved us time, and saved us money!
