I would most definitely use River Cities RV again and for all my RV repair needs. Kind, professional, communicates well. I had the most wonderful experience despite a few bumps in the road.

I was at San Marcos RV resort this past weekend. My spring broke on my trailer. Josh replaced all 4 and put in special bolts. It was pricey but I feel safe pulling my trailer again. Thank you Josh and thank you for fixing everything.

I was on my way out of San Marcos on a Sunday morning when the roof of my Class A became detached. I called Josh who amazingly answered the phone even though he was out of town and it was Sunday. He recommended that I carefully return to the RV park where I had been. He came the next day and was unable to get the roof to stay in the rail to which it had been attached. Apparently, despite my requests for the roof seals to be checked several times within the last two years by other technicians, that had not been done. Josh was able to devise a plan to put a metal strip the length of both sides to re-secure the side that had come detached and prevent the problem on the other side of my roof. It has been over a month now and I am very satisfied with the work he has done. He really rescued me as a woman traveling alone in a big rig and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He saved me from having to replace my entire roof.

We discovered just 4 days before our Thanksgiving trip that our RV slide-out wasn’t working. We contacted Josh, and he came out the very same day to diagnose the issue. He quickly ordered the necessary parts and managed to get everything repaired in time for our trip. Josh was professional, efficient, and highly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. His pricing is very reasonable, and we truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to ensure we were able to leave on time. Highly recommend his RV repair services!

Y’all! I cannot say enough amazing things about River Cities RV Service. Josh was absolutely incredible and got us out a tough situation with zero AC in July in Texas. He came to Lockhart State Park where we were staying and fixed us up. We were traveling when it went out and our next stop was Lockhart and he was able to work us into his schedule to ensure he was able to get to us soon as we arrived so we wouldn’t have to be without anymore. He was very easy to get ahold of, even responded on a holiday weekend. He continued to communicate throughout our trip to ensure he would be there as soon as we arrived. His prices were very reasonable too! I have never experienced such great service with an RV company. Any time I am in this area I will 100% be using River Cities RV Service for all our RV needs, you should too!
