Unlike online retailers, Michael invited me to bring my truck in so he could confirm compatibility before selling me anything. Once we arrived at the shop, the team assembled the hitch on-site and installed it in my truck—all included in the service. The staff at Orig-Equip were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Although I’ve lived in San Angelo for years, this was my first visit to their location—but it definitely won’t be the last. They’ve earned my business for any future truck accessory needs. And a special mention goes to Hank, Michael’s red Lacy dog, who made the experience even more enjoyable. They've put on a grill guard, bed cover & now running boards! Adjusted bed cover rails when bumpy roads loosened bolts a tad with graciousness! Always excellent service & friendly people!
