He provided accurate information, saved me money compared to other quotes, and most importantly, took the time to ensure I purchased the right setup for my specific truck.nnUnlike online retailers, Michael invited me to bring my truck in so he could confirm compatibility before selling me anything. Once we arrived at the shop, the team assembled the hitch on-site and installed it in my truck—all included in the service. They've put on a grill guard, bed cover & now running boards! Adjusted bed cover rails when bumpy roads loosened bolts a tad with graciousness! Always excellent service & friendly people!

Walked in just to look, walked out with grill guard and Rhino liner. Nobody tried to pressure us into buying anything. We asked they priced.

Always had a great experience, and being prior military they definitely look out for you. Sometimes they are overwhelmed with work, just don't take it personal and come back the next day. I trust them 110%.
