I called Matthews RV repair to have our furnace fixed, as well as a general check of systems (minus plumbing - wasn’t hooked up). I chose this company based on the excellent reviews and they did NOT disappoint. They arrived a few days after I called, equipped with a large box truck with tools and supplies. Murphy diagnosed and fixed the furnace in about an hour, with his wonderful wife, Lisa, assisting. They were incredible friendly, and genuinely helpful in walking me through the issue, the fix, and how to operate everything moving forward. Not to mention - it was incredibly reasonably priced. While I hope I don’t need to call again, they will be the first on my list if I do!

Thanks to his expert advice, I was able to pinpoint the issue—a loose screw obstructing the slide mechanism—and fix it myself. I called them when our fridge stopped cooling. They could have easily charged a trip fee, etc. but instead they had me send some pictures and confirmed that there was no cheap/easy way to repair the unit. I asked if I could at least pay him something for his time and advice and he said no. While I did not use them, that level of integrity should be commended. Any time I have an RV issue going forward, Murphy is who I will be calling. Update. Finally had the chance to use them. Toilet flange broke and the day before he was supposed to come out, my AC went out. He fixed them both and I type this at a comfortable 72 degrees while it's 100 out. I stand by my recommendation.

I called Matthews with an AC issue today and Murphy was absolutely amazing. He was able to help us out and walk us through how to fix our AC without ever coming out to us. Super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be going through them for any future problems with our camper.

The very BEST RV repair man I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. Mr. Matthews is on time, honest, reliable, and does NOT try to do ADD ON repairs. I always call Matthews RV Repair first because he will do exactly the right thing every time. NO BS HERE just first class service. Best in the business hands down. I have had several repairs done as well as preventive maintenance. Remember cheaper is not better get it done right the first time.
