Lone Star Mobile RV Service

I found myself in quite a pickle this week before Christmas. I had a two week RV trip planned and found that I had a propane leak on my fifth wheel. I called my dealer, no help at all, I called multiple repair companies and none had the ability to help on such short notice. I contacted Lone Star Mobile RV services and they too were booked solid, as a good company should be at this time, however she offered me after hours service and took care of my issue when she said they would for the price she said she would. Highly recommend.

The young man from Lone Star was was very pleasant. He asked us what problems we had and went to work. He took care of the hot water heater element, change out a fresh water tank pump he noticed was leaking. And he did a roof inspection. If future problems arise I will gladly call them for help. And cost were reasonable too.

I had a great experience with this company. I had a father and son team who came out and got the requested work done in much less time than I was expecting. I initially called just to have our wheel bearings repacked and, after receiving a much more reasonable quote than the other places I called, I went ahead and scheduled the job. They were able to come out the next day. Both were super friendly, explained everything that they were doing, and answered any questions I had. I mentioned an issue I was having with the furnace and even though it wasn't in the original scope of work they had the parts on hand and fixed it with in 10 minutes. They even gave me some pointers for staying at this particular RV park long-term to keep my 5th wheel functioning well. Definitely can't recommend this company enough! The price is great and the technicians are very knowledgeable.

Lone Star was amazing! We had a furnace that wouldn’t work. They showed up at a decent time with an early enough heads up. The tech and his helper made things fast, easy, and explained everything so we understood what happened. This made things easy for us as we have newborn and wanted to be ready for the Texas winter! I would give 100 star rating if possible! If you need mobile service call them! If you have to wait for service it’s because they are great at what they do!

Once again Lone Star RV Service was absolutely fantastic in every way. The 2 Techs who came out quickly repaired our Water heater and also checked our roof for free before wrapping up. Very knowledgeable, respectful and caring team. Great job well done. Thanks so much We are retired and over 65 so great to see younger people who are taking pride in their work.
