Logan RV Repair

Had a great experience with Logan RV repair. Jeff communicated with me every step of the way. I had some non-warranty work needing done on our Camper, a 2020 - 23’ travel trailer. (Backing plate needed replaced, replace wheel drum, the slide-out wooden bottom was completely separated from the metal bracing, bearing repack). I already had quotes for the non-warranty work from Camping World, but I was recommended to Jeff by a family member and ended up bringing the camper to him. Jeff saved us several hundred dollars! Jeff was able to weld the slide-out back together and fix the other items. Also told me our AC unit was running on a lower voltage than it should be and was able to get it replaced under warranty…I’ve got a new AC! Also Sent me pics of the repair So far I’m happy with taking my camper to Logan RV repair. Super nice dude. Would recommend.

Jeff came and took out my old washer out and installed a new one. Did a great job and kept in touch with me till he arrived . I appreciate that !

He was fantastic. We were on our way across the country and called on a Saturday. He walked through some of the potential issues and then went out of his way to get the parts that would likely be needed. He then he came out Sunday and worked through the potential issues and ultimately did a bearing repacking. He was very responsive and gave status updates so we knew when to expect him and was very professional. Because I was interested, he explained and showed me how to do the bearing packing myself. Fantastic all around.

I don't know where to begin, I have lived in an RV for almost 2 years now and I have came across so many people that of course know how to fix and use RV. Sadly they don't know anything. My daughter and I lived in a rundown RV that was trash. I was able to sell mine and get a new nicer RV. The RV I got was in great shape but I couldn't enjoy it because I had no idea what I was doing. I had issues like lights wouldn't work, couldn't figure out how to use electrical panels, and sewer issues. Tons of questions and nobody would take the time to help. Thankfully i came across Logan business card, I decided to call and figured the $250 service would be ok I'm broke,but I wanted to truly enjoy what I have. Well turned out the price was well worth it, he took the time to help me with absolutely everything and then did even better than that he toped it off by being a good person. He explained everything that I needed to fix but of course I didn't have the money to do it right now. He took the time to give me different options and even researched the best place to go for the price by sending me the links. I still haven't been able to completely fix everything, but I am in a better position now and have someone I can trust to call.
