They are wonderful! I was traveling through and needed urgent RV help. They were accommodating and friendly, and did a great job at a good price. I highly recommend them!!

Traveling from Texas to Louisiana our ac unit in the motorhome quit working. B&T RV came highly recommended by the camp host. One call is all it took! Their service was exceptional! Sara got us in for same day service. We had a new unit installed and were back on the road in just a few hours.

He changed out my Hot water heater on my RV to a tankless Hot Water heater. He couldn’t get it to come on after installation. He trouble shot it and found the regulator was bad. I was thinking great another day taking cold showers. But Mr. Billy had one at his shop. Had it fixed within minutes. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate him. Very friendly and professional, and it cost me almost half of what Camping World quoted us.

SAVED OUR VACATION ! Bought a new travel trailer from a local dealership a month ago. Slide broke on the second use. The dealership that I will not name (but is a major national dealership located in Bossier) basically turned their back on me as soon as I drove off the lot. We had this vacation planned for months. I called B&T on Tuesday. Thursday evening, just in time to leave, I was picking my rv up at the shop - fixed and ready to go! Prices of repair very reasonable considering I was in a bind. Billy was incredible. If it wasn’t for him and his dedication to customer service, our vacation plans would have been ruined. If I could give more stars I would!

We brought our new to us used Kodiak toy hauler to B&T RV repair. When I first spoke with Billy he told me he was 3 weeks out on even starting work bc he couldn't get good help. We brought it to him knowing the slide wouldn't work. When he was able to start on it, he communicated with me about the issues he found, what it would cost and how long it would take. Then I asked him to look it over and told him the previous owner had said there had been some minor roof damage that he had repaired. That was not the case.Billy sent me pictures of how bad the roof really was and that it had not been repaired. So now I have a new roof, a new antenna, a new slide and am happy with my trailer. I know that if anything at all goes wrong, I can call Billy and Traci and they will help me. If you need repair work done on your RV, you can not go wrong with this company.
