Juan did a great job fixing my water heater , yes it’s pricey for rv repairs but it was done right and I don’t have to worry . Or break anything through trial and error 😅

I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
His honesty is truly refreshing in a field where it can be hard to find trustworthy professionals. Juan took the time to explain the issues with my RV in detail, ensuring I understood what needed to be done and why. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident as he efficiently diagnosed the problems and provided effective solutions.

Highly recommended!!! I was having charging issues I thought with my trailer. After several attempts to diagnose my issues & changing parts I called these guys on a rainy day (4th of July weekend)… they were not able to come & give service but JUAN talked to me & after a little understanding of my situation we came to the conclusion that I lacked the battery capacity required to operate my trailer effectively… he was vey helpful in his time that he didn’t have to spend talking to me over the phone & actually saved me money along with a little embarrassment!! Great service! Returned our call same day and we were able to book an appointment quickly. We found Juan to be very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. We plan to keep Basin Repair on speed dial. Big thanks to Mel too for helping out too. What a great team!
