Mark (and his worker Garrison), were absolutely a pleasure, they got to the root of the issue with my splendide washer combo. Something NO one else has attempted, let alone resolved. They worked very hard to insure results. Very courteous, CARING and knowledgeable, taking great care as they removed the unit , not once but twice. I highly recommend Lonestar RV Mobile Medic. Gotta love the work truck, genius! And now a second visit, called at 4:07 with no electric in the unit we live in. Mark came immediately to rescue us. Diagnosed the issue quickly, repaired equally as fast. I do not know ANY other repair person that CARES enough to answer their call, let alone actually arrive within 45 minutes to save us. Beyond caring and wanting to insure a perfect outcome. Thankyou again, Mark, you are our saving grace. Yet again, Mark has saved us. Truly a very caring professional, takes pride in his work and extremely knowledgeable. That work truck has wings. Thanks again

We greatly enjoyed working with Mark, the RV Medic! As we were leaving our vacation, our slide got stuck and would not come in. We finally found Mark (after calling multiple other RV techs) and could tell he knew his craft well from the beginning. He walked us through some things that might help over the phone, but our rv was a little different than what he was used to working on, so we decided to schedule him to come out at his next available opportunity. When he arrived in his ambulance (literally)...he is the RV Medic, after all...he got right to work. We were led astray for quite a bit by our (we eventually figured out) very erroneous RV manual, but Mark suggested we look under the couch. There was a slide motor we didn’t know we had! (The RV manual had led us to believe we were looking for a hydraulic pump that powered the slides.) Once he dismantled some things and found 3 more slide motors, he was able to bypass the slide switch and HWH “brain” by hooking wires and a 12v battery with a special attachment up directly to the slide motors to get the slide pulled in, bit by bit. We were so thankful he was able to figure out what to do, as we would have never thought to do all that he did, nor have the knowledge or equipment to get it done. While we still need to get our RV to a repair shop to have the slide permanently repaired, the “RV Medic” did his job of stabilizing the “patient” so it could get to the “hospital” so it can undergo more extensive testing and procedures.nWe felt very comfortable with Mark and found him to be extremely kind and personable. While we hope we never have to see him in his professional capacity again (who really wants to see their medic again?), we do consider him a friend and won’t hesitate to refer him to others in the Tyler area in need of mobile RV service!

Very knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend Mark to do any RV repair. He did a great job and treated my RV as if it was his own. Mark had several things to do and has completed all he had to do. Thanks Mark, we will use you again.

Mark was great! He was quick to respond to my initial text asking if he could take a look at my 68 Fan Trailer and was able to make a visit work a few days later. Super personable and took the time to explain the ins and outs of how the fridge and furnace work on my new-to-me travel trailer. While he wasn’t able to get the old fridge to work, he explained how I could go about replacing it including recommendations. He wasn’t able, however, able to fix the furnace - just in time for more cold weather. Would absolutely contact him again if anything comes up!

Very professional and very knowledgeable. We plugged in at a new site and the plug was bad and shocked everything in our new trailer. Mark replaced the boards in all 3 of the ac units, installed a new panel that runs the entire trailer, replaced the dishwasher, replaced the inverter and a few other things. We just bought this trailer 3 months ago brand new. Everything is back to new and Mark was amazing. Could not have asked for a better service tech. 5 stars all the way!!!! Thank you so much Mark!
