RV Hero Service & Repair

Called and asked to get on list due to not wanting camper to be sat out unhooked exposed to the weather. They called me back a day of advance of repair and had a spot for my trailer in shop out of weather. Repair process was done fast and correctly will definitely use again if needed. Learned they can even come out and do warranty repairs and field service highly recommend

My experience with RV hero was easy and convenient. They made arraignments to pick up my camper and take it to thier shop. Communication was excellent and I was constantly provided with updates. The staff made dealing with my insurance convenient. Im my opinion the quality of work was very good. When I experienced an issue, rv hero made immediate arrangements to resolve the issue. If you expect quality work, great communication and reasonable prices, I highly recommend RV Hero.

RV Hero mobile service was great! They were prompt on getting us scheduled and very professional when they came to work on our camper. We are very pleased with the work they did and will certainly use them for all of our RV service needs in the future. We have been trying to get our furnace fixed for over two months from other companies, getting hit with issue after issue. RV Hero was able to come out same day, had the part on hand, and the technician was so friendly, thorough, and professional! The price was reasonable and the work was very well done! The office staff was also a joy to communicate with as we needed a detailed invoice to provide to insurance! We really appreciate all of the help!

I don’t do a lot of five star reviews but these guys are ten stars. They are patient, kind, empathetic professionals that aren’t opposed to listening to the customers questions. They worked and even did some extra and just nice guys.
