I came across Pete and Higher Level RV Service after DeMond RV treated me poorly and was uncooperative. I needed my RV warranty inspection quickly, and Pete came to the rescue. He was very professional and did a great job. Fair rates. In fact, he just did my warranty inspection this year. (12/10/2025). This company is the only company I will ever use for my RV needs. They are honest and trustworthy, everything you could ask for from a service company. Thanks Pete!

We found Pete to be very knowledgeable and efficient in finding hydraulic cylinder repair shop who could rebuild the old cylinder. His rates were great. We found a new knowledgeable friend for RV’s. I recommend him to anyone.

Pete is not just a Great RV Mechanic, most importantly he is a Godly Man! He never gave up after spending hours on a very difficult electrical issue I had been dealing with for very long time he discovered the problem was a faulty new slide motor. He knew I was in a bind trying to rush and leave town on a "Bucket List" trip. He charged me less than half the time he spent on my issue. It is hard to find good people like Pete in this world! I believe we will be friends for life!

Thank you, thank you to Pete for our "home" fixes!! You're the best and the only one we recommend for our RV needs! My new awnings (and installed inverter) are amazing!!! He is VERY responsive with communication and keeping his appointments.
