Just in the beginning stages of buying an RV and had lots of question. He was extremely helpful took his time and explained everything to me in words that I could understand. Mike was extremely helpful over the phone. I had a slide thats was stuck in and it wouldn’t budge. It was 7:00 PM and he not only answered my call he talked me through how to manually extend the slide. He really saved the day and I really appreciate his help.

Good Dude. Came over and checked out a problem for me Saturday morning. Michael was just on a vacation himself and happened to be in the same RV park. He let me know it was a brake issue and he could tackle it Monday morning. In the mean time, I went and bought another used trailer from Camper Inn in Kingston. Obviously, great customer service. 5 stars for checking it out for me. Thanks Michael!

Mike was great and highly recommend!nnWhen we arrived at our campsite we realized we needed our stabilizer set up checked out as it had been 5 years since they were installed. Mike took the time to look up the owners manual, double check measurements and torque specs and then got to work. He even took the time to brush off and repaint any rust areas. He is very prideful of his work and thorough. He provided a lot of useful tips and advice throughout the process. His pricing was extremely reasonable and would definitely use him again if our paths crossed at a campsite again.
