Two days before a trailer trip had an issue with my weight distribution hitch. Drove out to Patterson’s, was met by Mike Benson, Service Manager. I left the hitch with him and he called me the next morning that the hitch was repaired! Hitch works better than before! From stress to relief!nThanks Patterson RV!

Patterson RV service was fantastic. My Salem Cruise Camper broke an axel on the way from Idaho to Louisiana. Mike Benson made got my camper towed, another axel, and the camper fixed with no problem. He also got the pictures and paperwork needed for my insurance. Fantastic job and customer support!!!

We had a great time out here! They got us set up same-day with a great quality service. Special thanks to Justin, the salesman who got us hooked up with the trailer. Even with us buying the trailer as-is, they agreed to work with us on getting a new fan the bathroom needed. 10/10 would come back here for my next trailer!
