Anthony RV Center

Today I went to Anthony RV to get an appraisal on my Pop up trailer. They took care of me quick and the customer service was perfect! Caroline, Maria and Fernie had excellent customer service skills! I was very very happy with their help. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an appraisal or maintenance on their trailer. Thank you guys!

This place is amazing! The staff was great to work with especially after purchase. Any concerns or issues that came for this first time buyer, they gladly helped without asking for more from me! Their continued support post sale has made all the difference and would definitely visit them again when I'm ready to upgrade. Lang found a way to make my not so great (not good at all) credit get approved without being gouged. Danny helped with any questions about the RV I had and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I recently was in the market for an RV. I first went to Camping World , but because I was a woman and wanted to buy an RV. I was automatically dismissed and shoved off to the first female sales associate. She not only treated me with lack of dignity and respect but as if I were too poor for anything on the lot. Also told me it would be near impossible for someone like me to get financing. Yet she didn’t know any of my details or information but every other statement out of her mouth was, “ you’re more than likely not going to get it. So are you sure you want to do this ? Or why don’t you have your husband help you buy it?nnAfter two days of getting the run around. I went to Anthony RV and let me tell you my experience was night and day. From the moment I stepped onto the lot I knew this was the place for me.nnDaniel was very friendly and informed knows all his information inside and out. He made this whole experience worth it from the step by step walk through to set up and delivery it was painless. Anthony RV even went the distance and had my RV delivered to me on my short time constraints for work. Daniel’s customer service is amazing he made sure to call every two hours with updates on delivery night.nnJavier was my delivery driver he was very knowledgeable about all RV questions and concerns I had. He was very professional, polite and patient with his step by step walk through. Was even willing to help connect all utilities and it was 2:30 am after driving 5 hrs in the dark to reach my work site. Javier was wonderful at giving updates on ETA times for delivery. We were able to prepare for his arrival with ample time.nnEven the financial department was very straight forward and honest. I was walked thru all documents with full disclosure NO hidden fees at all. This company is completely transparent NO mark ups or extra fees and charges.nnSo thank you Anthony RV for changing my perspective on RV ownership I am a forever customer.nnDaniel is true to his word he’s not only selling you an RV but providing you a professional service till the very end.
