I had a promblem with my a/c, and had someone else tell me that I would have to replace the whole unit up top. Then I called Riley’s Rv Repair, I told them what was happening and told me that it wasn’t the whole unit just a couple of things needed to be replaced. they treated me so amazing. I know if I have any other troubles I will definitely be calling them again. Thank y’all

Riley’s RV Repair and Mobile Service came quickly when needed at Lake Whitney State Park, pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable. Completed the job in a timely manner. He’s our go to rv repairman. Glad we found him!

We had just finished setting up our travel trailer at Lake Whitney State Park when the AC thermostat started throwing an E5 code and the AC stopped cooling. Temps were expected to be in the 100s that week. A quick Google search showed Riley's RV repair in the area. I called and left a message and within minutes Shane called me back. He knew what the problem was and offered to come out that evening but I didn't want to cut into his off hours so we agreed that he would come out the next day. Sure enough, first thing the next morning Shane and Donna pulled up and within 30 minutes had the AC running like a top! Shane replaced a sensor while Donna replaced the thermostat. The trip was saved and the charge was very reasonable too! Highly recommended!

This service is amazing! We were on first day of a month long trip when brake controller began giving strange signals. Shane was quick on site, diagnosed the problem promptly, found the parts we needed & repaired our issue. In all that there were mistakes on parts we were given by parts house & multiple trips by them to us when they couldn’t repair because of that. But true to his word back the next day & done. These are great people and deserve your trust. Wish we could find someone equal at home.nThx Shane & Donna!!
